“Can you help document the damage for my insurance company?”
What We Do
Roof insurance claim assistance for Des Moines and Central Iowa homeowners.
There are two concrete things we do on an insurance claim. The first is damage documentation: photographs of what we found and scope details describing the work involved. The second is attendance — we meet with your insurance company on site during scheduled inspections, so the person who looked at your roof is in the conversation.
What we do not do is decide the outcome. We are not your insurer, we do not approve claims, and we will never tell you what your claim will pay or how long it will take. Anyone who promises you that is guessing.

Who Does What
Plainly, so there are no surprises.
You do
- Contact your insurance company and open the claim. It is your policy, so the claim is filed in your name.
- Tell them what you have noticed, and that you have had the roof inspected.
- Let us know when the adjuster inspection is scheduled.
- Decide what you want to do once you know what is covered.
We do
- Inspect the roof and document the damage with photographs and scope details.
- Give you that documentation so you have a clear record of what we found.
- Meet with your insurance company on site during scheduled inspections.
- Explain the findings in plain English, and answer your questions about the work itself.
The inspection comes first, either way
Whether or not you end up filing anything, the first step is the same: we come out and look at the roof. Free, No-Obligation Inspections. If there is nothing worth claiming, we will tell you that too.
